He is also a highly respected negotiator, advisor, and litigator with experience across the spectrum of the insurance sector. In addition, he advises on important coverage issues and frequently contributes his expertise in insurance and reinsurance litigation, claims, and other disputes. Due to his extensive experience in the insurance sector, he frequently deals with insurance departments in Argentina and is regularly consulted by the authorities and the insurance market in general. Mr. Estebenet is also a regular speaker at conferences related to his practice and is the author of several articles in his area of expertise. He is currently president of AIDA World (International Association of Insurance Law).
